Bookings are administered by Woocommerce developed by Automattic Inc. Automattic Inc is a registered corporation in San Francisco, CA, USA.  Registered office: Automattic Inc., 60 29th Street #343, San Francisco, CA 94110, United States of America.  We also process bookings using ticket extension, Event Tickets Plus developed by Modern Tribe, Inc. Registered address: 80 South 8th Street Suite 990 87810, Minneapolis, MN 55402, United States of America. 

Payments are administered by PayPal Inc.

The organisers and their event partners endeavour to ensure that the information it provides through this website is accurate and accepts no liability for any errors and omissions. It is your responsibility to check your booking confirmation as errors need to be reported as soon as possible and cannot always be rectified.

The organisers maintain the right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to offer refunds or exchanges.

BOOKINGS

For selected tickets weoperate an ‘apply to attend’ policy. Once your application has been received via our online booking system, if successful, we will email you a link and discount code to access and purchase tickets applicable to the ticket type specified in your application. 

Once your booking has been received via the online booking system, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. Further details regarding the event will be sent out via email in due course.  We cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of confirmation emails. If you do not receive a booking confirmation or have not heard from us, prior to the event, please contact the event office via email at [email protected].

CURRENCY

All prices quoted on this website are shown in GBP. VAT is not included in all quoted prices and is additional to the ticket price at the prevailing rate (currently 20%).

PAYMENTS

Full payment must be received at the time of booking.

All payments made through this website will be administered by PayPal Inc. and will show on your credit card statement as ‘Global Innovation Forum Limited’.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event will not incur a fee and full refunds will be given.  Cancellations must be made in writing via email to [email protected].  All refunds will be made by the original method of payment.  Cancellations within 30 days prior to the event will incur the full ticket price and no refund will be given. 

Tickets can be transferred without any charge, but the event office must be notified in writing via email to [email protected] before the event, at least 10 days prior to the event.
 

If you require a refund or would like to transfer a ticket, please email [email protected].  All refunds will be processed within 48 hours.

Please be aware that we would rather be informed about a possible cancellation as soon as possible so that the place can be made available to someone else.

DATA PROTECTION

The personal information provided by you will be held on a database by the organisers.
